The Innova Sidewinder is a very understandable driver. Inexperienced players will have trouble using this driver off the tee, as it can quickly flip over and create an unintended roller shot. The Innova Sidewinder was designed to help you get out of trouble after your drive, not get you into it.

Reviews of Innova Sidewinder
A finesse player’s dream. I bag 2 sidewinders, one beat, one new. The beat-in one is perfect for hyzer flips and long turnovers, and tunnel shots up to about 375. The new one is what I always wished a Thunderbird would be. Less flip, long pushing hyzers, anything where the beat-in one won’t handle the wind. These are a fantastic addition to my bag and I don’t see them going anywhere.
In my shop, I always recommend this to beginners and newer players as a good starting driver. I keep one in my bag, and it is one of the straightest flying to understable fairway drivers I have had.
This is a great “goes on whatever line you put it on” disc as long as you are throwing smoothly. It can be a good roller if you have the power for it but for me personally, I use roadrunner for that. This is a great disc for working shots through the woods and can be a great tool in your bag!
